SDPI condemns effort to provoke unrest in Ullal

Ullal: Social Democratic Party of India, Ullal has condemned efforts of provoking unrest in Ullal by some elements.

Nawaz Ullal, president of SDPI, Ullal constituency has said, in a press release, that some miscreants have burnt three shops on the night of 31st January 2012. The same efforts to create unrest in Ullal had occurred in the past, but police department was silent over the issue. Some hindutva forces had already made some efforts to sabotage the communal harmony in various places of the district including Uppinangady and Sulya. Now there are suspicions among the people that this incident may also be a part of the same conspiracy.

He demanded that police should arrest the miscreants who are trying to provoke unrest in Ullal.
