After the severe shock and awe caused by the horrendous brutality and the magnitude of human sufferings inflicted on the living as well as the to-be-born generations by the United States, naturally this question arises: Isn’t there anybody to tame this marauding elephant? If not done so, no doubt, the extinction of the whole of the mankind from the face of this earth is imminent.
The American intelligence agencies have now shamelessly confessed that the poisonous chemical substance called Anthrax was their own creation meant for bolstering their anti-Islamic brutality called Islamophobia, following the 9/11 incident. Shortly after this confession, the findings of a study jointly conducted by some American universities revealed that the widespread incidents of cancer among the population of the Iraqi city of Basra were due to the chemical weapons used by the invading American forces in Iraq.
It could be a paradox that the prime accusation leveled against President Saddam Hussein and his half brother Ali Hassan was that they used chemical warfare against the Kurds. It is the same Americans who are now shoving the post-war Iraqi generations to the unbearable pangs of deadly cancer. The aforesaid studies also revealed that Basra has more cancer patients than those in the whole of Europe put together. Moreover, the number of those with this deadly disease among the children below the age of 15 years has tripled in Basra. These data were collected from the patients visiting hospitals for treatment. And if the number of those not approached the hospitals are added to this, the total could be whopping.
There cannot be two opinions as to which country should be punished or bombed for using chemical and biological warfare. For, it was the Americans along with their steadfast ally Britain, who had unleashed such a heinous crime in Basra. Added to this are these extremely savage aggressions on the generations of innocent people.
What punishment should be given to them? Shall we rush to vote in favour of them at the international platforms with an approach that would strengthen their audacity when they mercilessly invade the next third world country like a ferocious tiger mounting its prey? Or, shall we save the human race by firing a drugged bullet to tame this mad elephant that is America? A question, thrown to the human conscience that is yet to become frozen or unemotional.
