Kozhikkode: ‘It’s blatant injustice Towards Ma’dani’- opined P Abdul Hameed, General Secretary, Popular Front of India. He was reacting to the Bangalore fast track court’s verdict dismissing Ma’dani’s anticipatory bail in Bangalore serial blast case.
Karnataka police has charged false cases against Ma’dani using non-bailable sections of Indian Penal Code. This is a part of conspiracy to put him behind bars and taking him away from public sphere. Ma’dani who was jailed for more than nine years in Coimbatore blast case without any evidence and exonerated later by court, is now being haunted again as the part of fascist conspiracy against him, Abdul Hameed added. In Coimbatore case Hindutwa forces made use of Jayalalithaa government in Tamilnadu, and now they are using their own BJP government in Karnataka to eliminate Ma’dani.
He also urged the civil society to come forward against this blatant injustice setting aside all differences.
